Hello dear Family!!

Another month has past and just as always so many things going on for everyone.

First let me touch on the Lincoln Kermiss…It was a real nice time, the Polka Mass was great & Father Bob did an exceptional job, everyone chuckled once or twice during the celebration, and the Clet Bellin Orchestra as always was great.

After mass I had a bowl of Chicken Booyah (soup) a Belgian Trip (a sausage stuffed with beef, pork & cabbage, I also had a piece of Belgian Rice Pie, Yummy

Family Members that joined in this years festivities were My Sisters Ida, Mary & Jo-Anne, my Nieces Leah, Jacky & Amanda & Amanda’s Fiance Jesse & their new Pit Puppy “Bones”

Gene & Madella Collins, their Daughter Denise & Denise’s Son Travis his wife Jamie & their 2 children Alexis & Trevor.

Also Lloyd & Rita Fameree-Heraly were there & we talked for a bit.

Other Family members that were there, but I never got a chance to say hello, Rudy & Emmy Fameree-Hannaman & Geri Fameree.

This year there was not as many Family members in attendance as last year, however I was able to visit & have a great talk with 3 Grade School girlfriends Peggy Hucek Abts, Brenda Wautlet & Marge LeFevre-Pavlat.I very much enjoyed seeing them again & hope to get together with them again soon.

Also present was relation from my Mom’s side of the Family “Conards” My Uncle Leonard & Aunt Faye, My Uncle Francis & his Daughter Brenda (we have always remained good friends throughout the years)& Brenda’s Son Adam was also there.



I also met up with Fameree Neighbor Milan Deprez & his Wife Janet; I really enjoyed talking with him & then visiting his cabin get away about a mile from my Family home.





Another News Flash I’m in the process of Purchasing My 1st single family Home!(I have owned 2 Townhouses in the past & always had an association to answer to, Now this will be all mine!!!(and Dan’s)It’s located in Hanover Park & if all goes well I will close on Sept 29th (man do I a lot to do in a little amount of time)

Nicole Fameree-Gall & DanielleFameree-Mata threw a surprise 50th Birthday party for their Mom Janielle Fameree on Saturday August 29th

Nicole sent this note along with some pictures to share. It was a great turn out. Mom definitely enjoyed herself and the company.

Richard's Thoughts

Richard, Rachel & Miss Adele are on Vacation in Oregon & should be returning in about a week. Just in time for Rachel to resume her teaching position at Northeastern University & Richard to continue on his journey in Making the Marriage of Poetry & Music!!!
This past month I was able to Visit with Richard, Rachel & Adele, along with their Friends from France Michele & Jean Claude Laurent & their 2 Sons. We shared a beautiful meal & great conversation,

I have a few updates on Family.
Lilyana Bushie, born August 6, 2005. She is the Daughter of Amy Heraly & Ian Bushie. Also Leah Heraly born April 21, 2007. she is the Daughter of Brad & Denise Heraly. Brad our oldest Grandson is in his last year of Medical School at Rosalind-Franklin University of Science and Medicine in North Chicago. His Wife Denise is a Registered Nurse, Clinical Supervisor at Urology Clinic in Chicago. They also have a Son Elliot who is 6 years old.
Enclosed are some pictures of our 3 Great Grandchildren.
We are hoping to see you at the Lincoln Kermiss. Also have a new member in our Family. Eric Heraly(Brent’s Son) was married July 19th 2008. He & his Wife Lauren just returned from a 1 month vacation in Belgium & they said they had a great time.

Hi Scott,
I will help all I can, I'm not sure how to grant you access to my Geneanet site, But I can try to copy & paste onto an excel spreadsheet, I hope you will be able to read it, its pretty big you will have to scroll over the whole document to get the whole of it. Great thing is I was able to trace the Vlies Family back to 1550.
Our relation lies between my great Grandmother Anne Marie Josephe Vlies & your great great grandfather Frank Joseph who were Brother & Sister.
We probably went to church together either Lincoln or Rosiere.
& actually your Sister is married to my 1st cousin Randy (on my Mom's side of the Family (Conard).
